WILDS, Christopher
Concordia University Regular Researcher Our group is interested in investigating chemically modified oligonucleotides to probe various biochemical processes. This strategy requires skills in both solution-phase and solid-phase synthesis to prepare DNA duplexes that contain interstrand cross-links. OTTENWAELDER, Xavier
Concordia University Regular Researcher Our research aims to understand and mimic selected metal-containing enzymes that catalyze complex oxidation reaction, such as the hydroxylation of inert C-H bonds, and to develop new green methods that employ oxygen to carry out oxidative functionalizations on organic substrates.
