Regular Researcher
Our research takes advantage of chemical tools to study and manipulate biological systems. We are especially interested in antibiotic resistance and green chemistry. For example we look for new molecules (antibiotics or not) to treat infections, we study allostery in P450 enzymes to activate them, develop biocatalytic methods using new strategies such as bioconjugation, moist solid reaction mixtures, and mechanoenzymology.
Key Words : biocatalysis, mechanoenzymology, antibiotics, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology
